On behalf of Forge Change (FC), we invite you to join a growing movement to restore excellence, integrity, and parental voice to American education. Children enrolled in public schools across the United States—each one a future leader, innovator, parent, and citizen. Yet the system designed to equip them with knowledge, character, and purpose is faltering. Politicization, declining academic standards, and a loss of moral clarity have created a nationwide educational crisis—one that is failing our children and eroding the trust of millions of families.

What’s at Stake

Across classrooms today, objective learning is being replaced by ideological instruction. Curricula often prioritize political and social agendas over foundational academics, introducing sensitive topics such as gender identity, sexual orientation, and racial narratives at increasingly younger ages—frequently without parental consent or awareness. Instead of promoting critical thinking and open discourse, students are being shaped by narrow worldviews that clash with many families' values.

Meanwhile, reading and math scores have dropped to historic lows. Some students graduate high school unable to read beyond an elementary level. Teachers are overwhelmed. Resources are misdirected. Despite record spending, many districts remain understaffed and underperforming, with funds absorbed by bloated administrative costs and ideologically driven programs.

Even more troubling is the erosion of parental rights. Key decisions about education, health, and student welfare are increasingly made without parent involvement—sometimes deliberately concealed. Families are not just being ignored—they’re being sidelined.

This shift away from moral and ethical grounding leaves students vulnerable to confusion, pressure, and emotional distress. Anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation are on the rise. The school environment—once a place of encouragement and growth—has in many cases become a source of fear and instability.

Through focused guidance and strategic resources, we empower decision-makers to make informed, values-driven choices that truly put students first.

Our Strategic Goals

1. Resource Development

We develop high-quality educational guides, toolkits, and roadmaps to help school board directors and parents navigate today's complex school systems and advocate effectively.

2. Training & Support

We host workshops and webinars designed to empower conservative school board members, parents, educators, and faith leaders. Our training focuses on leadership, policy literacy, and how to positively influence governance and school culture.

3. Board Policy Advancement

We assist in crafting board policies that uphold parental rights, protect students, and demand accountability from administrators, staff, and teachers—ensuring schools remain safe, transparent, and mission-focused.

4. Fiscal Guidance & Budget Transparency

We help board members analyze and understand school district finances using data from the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE). We guide budget decisions through comparative reviews and historical/projection-based enrollment analysis, promoting long-term financial health and accountability.
